Radhika Balasubramani

Radhika Balasubramani is a Director in Large Molecule Science and Technology Organization in Manufacturing Division at Merck & Co, Inc. Radhika has over 20 of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in pipeline and commercial vaccines and biologic products. She currently serves as the Technical product lead for Antibody Drug Conjugate products, and is responsible for providing end to end strategic & technical direction for pipeline oncology products at Merck. Prior to Merck, she spent15 years at Pfizer as the technical and operations lead for commercial and pipeline oncology products. Radhika is also a DE&I Ambassador and global leader for Asia Pacific employee resource group (ERG) leading, coaching and mentoring multi-cultural teams. She is the recipient of the 2022 HBA Rising star award from Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Ranked # 2 by Empower/Yahoo Finance ! 2022 Top 100 Role Model list. Radhika has a Bachelors in Chem Eng from Hyderabad, India and obtained her Master's in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wyoming in the US .
