Owen Steed-Bordner

Owen Steed-Bordner is a sophomore at Union County Magnet High School. Inspired by his recovery from brain tumor surgery that caused single-sided deafness, he is interested in aerospace and biomedical engineering. He participated in the Army Educational Outreach Summer STEM Foundations program and was selected as an AI Inspirit Scholar. Owen also volunteers with his local food pantry and serves on the junior council of the Brooke Healey Pediatric Cancer Foundation. He looks forward to pursuing a career in engineering that advances medical technology while continuing his commitment to community service.
