Krishnan Tholkappian
Krishnan Tholkappian is a senior at South Brunswick High School. He has been involved at the leadership level of several nationally recognized STEM non-profit organizations to nurture his passions for computer science and community service. He is the most involved at Code 4 Tomorrow, a high school student-run non-profit that has provided free coding education to more than 4000 students worldwide over the past two years. As the President of this organization, he assists and leads projects concerning advertising, classes, finance, curriculum, productivity within the organization, and working with start-up companies. Krishnan recently completed an internship for the New Jersey Homeland Security Department's Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell. In school, he is the workshops coordinator and education lead of Launch XSTEM, a competitive entrepreneurship club. Through this club, he has placed in the top 100 of the Blue Ocean Global Entrepreneurship Competition twice, and trained numerous underclassmen for other entrepreneurship competitions. Outside of his STEM initiatives, Krishnan enjoys playing the piano, analyzing films, and exploring his Tamil heritage at Kumarasamy Tamil School. Krishnan aspires to major in computational biology in college.
