Kavi Sutaria

Kavi Sutaria is a junior at McNair Academic High School. His STEM interests include chemical engineering and energy systems. He has researched hydrogen production and transportation, as well as electromagnetic launch systems for space exploration, and was a finalist in the Diamond Challenge for his work on hydrogen optimization. He also interns at a startup reducing costs for low-carbon producers. Beyond STEM, Kavi is active in Boy Scouts, tutors students in chemistry and robotics, and volunteers in education programs. He enjoys playing guitar and solving puzzles and hopes to develop technologies that advance sustainability and energy efficiency.
