Joseph Ross

Joseph Ross is a sophomore at Morristown High School. His STEM interests include engineering and aerospace engineering. He serves as Education and Outreach Coordinator for his school’s Technology Student Association, and his System Control project placed sixth in New Jersey at the 2026 competition. Joseph is also Treasurer of his school’s Rocketry Club and has spent more than 30 hours teaching STEM activities to younger students in his school district. He serves as a board member and mentor with Kids to Kids, where he teaches swimming skills to children with physical and mental disabilities. Outside of STEM, Joseph competes on his school’s varsity swim team. He plans to study aerospace engineering and hopes to work on future generations of rockets for space exploration.
