Joseph Martinez

Joseph Martinez is a senior at Nottingham High School. His STEM interests include mathematics, physics, and quantitative analysis, particularly applying mathematics to problems in science and engineering. Joseph has participated in the Princeton University Preparatory Program throughout high school, studying at Princeton University each summer. He serves as Vice President of his school’s Math Club and co-founded and serves as President of its Philosophy Club. Joseph also competed in the New Jersey Consumer Bowl, where he helped lead his team to the state competition. He was named valedictorian of his graduating class and has served as a peer leader and volunteered in his community. Joseph hopes to continue exploring mathematics and its applications through research and higher education.
