Isa Khan
Isa Khan is a senior at Parsippany High School who is interested in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Isa has primarily focused on concentrating his high school course load towards STEM related Honors and AP courses. He has worked with the Parsippany School District's Technology Department (TSS) as a student software technician handling beginner and intermediate Chrome OS and IOS software issues. He holds an officer position on his Academic Decathlon Team which has qualified for top 5 in the State Competition. With two years of participation in FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) with his high school robotics team, Isa has qualified for the State Championship twice. In addition to STEM extracurriculars, Isa has contributed towards community development by establishing the American Muslim Association in Parsippany High School concentrating on promoting cultural diversity through collaborative community activities. Holding over 50 members in daily attendance during school years, he has managed to lead these cultural events with a designated board within his local community. Isa has participated in swimming and tennis throughout his high school career. Isa has a passion for industrial specialization in concepts of Thermodynamics and Phase Equilibria for which he is currently pursuing a dual enrollment course in Stanford University. Later in his career, Isa aspires to bring advancements in the aerospace/aeronautical industry by commercializing autonomous flights.
