Francesca Baptiste

Francesca Baptiste is a senior at Saint Vincent Academy. She is the founder of Medical Network, a mentorship blog that connects high school students to healthcare careers through panels, scholarships, and one-on-one guidance, reaching more than 50 students. Francesca is also a Peer Leader, Student Ambassador, and leader with Toward Boundless Charity, where she mentors peers and helps create programs that support academic and personal growth. She completed the M.I.N.D.S. Program at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, a six-week internship on health disparities and patient care, and has conducted independent research in biology and biomedical sciences. She plans to pursue innovations in healthcare.
