Deborah McDougall

Deborah McDougall is a junior at East Orange STEM Academy High School. She plays an active role as Captain of the NASA Research Team, also known as Centauri Proxima B. She is an Advanced Space Academy Graduate and recipient of the John Lewis Good Trouble Scholarship from the National Society of High School Scholars, where she is also an ambassador. Recently, Deborah finished her first semester at the Harvard Secondary School Program. Deborah hopes to attend Harvard in the future and obtain a degree in aerospace engineering or astrophysics, and eventually pursue a career as an astronaut or an Aerospace Engineer for NASA.
