Anu Chidambaram

Anu Chidambaram is a junior at Hopewell Valley Central High School. She is currently conducting research on the efficacy of Curcumin on the treatment of Osteoarthritis as opposed to the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Anu is an active member and leader in the HOSA club at her school and has competed and placed at the regional, state, and international level in the event Human Growth and Development. She has developed a passion for a variety of health-related topics including the promotion of healthy early childhood development, health literacy advocacy, and conducting research on the alternative medicines effective for common illnesses. Anu aspires to become a physician in the future and to be an advocate for public health issues.
