Angelina Lin
Angelina Lin is a junior at Warren Hills Regional High School. As a leader of Girls Coding with Girls, a mentorship program for young girls interested in STEM started at her school, she has inspired and taught hundreds of young girls to pursue STEM. She has also been involved in Coding with Best Buddies, a program at her school that helps students with disabilities learn computer science, and a leader of the Digital Lending Library, a program that rents tools to elementary schools in order to promote early learning of computer science and computational thinking. She has also been recognized twice by the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), a non-profit organization, for her passion for technology and computing. Outside of STEM, Angelina works as a volunteer teaching young kids badminton, loves pole vaulting, and has achieved her diploma from Huaxia Chinese School at Bridgewater after taking classes for nine years. She is currently working towards her high school diploma as well as a liberal arts associate's degree from Warren County Community College. As she continues working towards her goals, she dreams of becoming a civil engineer focusing on construction management.
