Angela Liang

Angela Liang is a junior at Bergen County Academies. Her STEM interests include bioremediation, molecular biology, bioengineering, and agriscience. Through her research, Angela has explored both biomedical and agricultural science while developing an interest in environmental science and engineering. She also advocates for climate education and public health within her school and across New Jersey. Angela helped build a pollinator garden on her school campus and founded buildSTEM, an organization focused on making STEM education more accessible, where she organizes educational workshops. Outside of STEM, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and designing elaborate scrapbook pages.
