Sydney Munn

Sydney Munn is a senior at South Brunswick High School. She is a member of the National Honor Society and Girls Who Code. Sydney and her team won first place at The College of New Jersey’s Artificial Intelligence & Social Entrepreneurship Program for the creation of a Breast Cancer app for patients and their supporters. As part of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., an African-American civic and social organization, Sydney served as the inaugural technology chair – a position she advocated the creation of – to help the teen group navigate through communication and accessibility. Sydney is currently a social media intern at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, where she develops content, organizes, and presents on panels, and trains other interns on social media. In the future, Sydney hopes to apply game design techniques to technological innovations that have a positive social impact.
