
Nia Grundy
Program Assistant, Governor's STEM Scholars
Nia Grundy is a Program Assistant with the Research & Development Council of New Jersey, supporting the Governor's STEM Scholars with program development, media relations, and recruitment strategies. Previously, she served as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Comcast in Philadelphia and as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant Intern at The Sleeper Group in Cleverly, Maryland. In these positions, Nia focused on diversifying recruitment pools, providing equitable support systems for talent, and increasing the accessibility of resources for underrepresented communities. Nia is a graduate of Howard University, where she holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications.
