Krystal Yearis
Krystal Yearis is a senior at Clearview Regional High School. She was a part of the Class of 2020 in the New Jersey Governor's School of Sciences at Drew University this summer. She recently finished her College Anatomy and Physiology I and II course at Rowan College of South Jersey as part of the High School Option Program. She had also finished both Calculus I and II at RCSJ as well. Furthermore, Krystal volunteers at the local Inspira Medical Center and volunteers as a member of the Gloucester County Juvenile Conference Committee. At her high school, she is a part of the Math Honors Society and won 4th place at the National Mathematical Minutes Video Contest in which she filmed and produced an "infomercial" for the rules of differentiation. Krystal is the President of the Clearview Latin Club. She has been the principal flute player for the award-winning Clearview Wind Ensemble for four years, and she was the principal flute player for the Philadelphia Sinfonia Players Orchestra this past year. Krystal likes to spend her spare time filming. Her area of interest in the STEM field is Biology, and she hopes to become a dermatologist one day.
