Gabriella Cubelo

Gabriella Cubelo is a senior at Toms River High School North. To expand upon her knowledge, she takes challenging Advanced Placement Classes as well as an elective program called Authentic Science Research since 2017. In A.S.R., Gabi reads and annotates journal articles in her field of choice, presents those articles in class as well as in symposiums, and is currently conducting a study of her own on the effects of opioids on declarative memory. In August 2020, she presented in the very first BraiNY bunch Journal Club. Gabi plans to receive her M.D. in neuroscience and specialize in learning and memory.
