Ella Sharkey

Ella Sharkey is a junior at Randolph High School. She is a two-year captain of the girls’ varsity tennis team and secretary of the Social Services Club. She is also an active member of the Future Medical Leaders of America and the Team Harmony Anti-Bullying club. Ella is a volunteer with Bridges, her church, and the Hope Builders organization where she worked with a team in the development of houses in Kentucky for at risk families. Over the summer she also participated in a medical scholars program, veterinary summer experience and a pre-college access program. Ella is an alpaca halter trainer, a lifeguard, and a tennis instructor. In the future, she hopes to study biology and potentially go to medical school. Ultimately, she would like to help those with life threatening allergies by researching affordable solutions.
