Arya Tschand

Arya Tschand is a senior at High Technology High School in Lincroft. He is interested in the fields of computer science and engineering. Since his sophomore year of high school, he has carried out a multi-year project on developing an affordable irrigation system utilizing neural networks to minimize resource wastage. He has since won state, regional, and national awards for his research and presented it at the American Junior Academy of Science conference in Seattle, WA. Arya is also a passionate app developer and has volunteered his time to create and publish apps for the Friends of the Medal of Honor Grove, Marlboro Recreation Basketball League, AsaMai Hindu Organization, and others. In his free time, he plays Varsity Volleyball at Colts Neck HS, enjoys watching football, and writing in his personal fantasy football blog. Arya hopes to pursue a degree in computer science and entrepreneurship.
