
Arling Moctesuma
Program Assistant, Governor's STEM Scholars
Arling Moctesuma is a Program Assistant with the Research & Development Council of New Jersey, where she provides support to the Governor’s STEM Scholars with program development, media relations, and recruitment strategies. Previously, Arling served as a project assistant for Day Pitney LLP within their Trust and Estates Department. She has interned with BOLD PAC, a political action committee focused on increasing the representation of Hispanics within the U.S. House and Senate and with the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), where she focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Arling is a graduate of Monmouth University, where she holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and a minor in Public Policy.
