Anita Lemus Rivera

Anita Lemus Rivera is a senior at Toms River High School North. She has participated in the Waksman Student Scholars Program where she conducted research in molecular biology and bioinformatics and had her results published. At her school, she is the her school's Medical Club president and founder, Book Club president, and National Honor Society Treasurer and participates as a member in other school clubs. She has an interest in Microbiology and Genetics and wants to pursue a career in Biochemical engineering. Outside of STEM, she enjoys to read and crochet gifts for family and friends.
