Anthony Cicatiello is President of the Research & Development Council of New Jersey and Chairman of CN Communications. Tony has served on the Rutgers University Board of Governors, as Chairman of the Commission on the Future of the State Colleges in New Jersey, and on the National Communications Advisory Council of The Ohio State University. He was a member of the Branding Committee of the New York Stock Exchange and the Boards of E’town Corporation, the George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick, and the National Conference of Community and Justice, New Jersey Chapter. Tony served on the Century Foundation’s Commission on Homeland Security, advising the new body on communications aspects of the New York region’s security and rebuilding efforts in the wake of Sept. 11. He earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences in 1970 and an M.P.A. in 1973, both from The Ohio State University.
Kim Case Esq.
Executive Director of the Research & Development Council of New Jersey
Kim Case, Esq. serves as Executive Director of the Research & Development Council of New Jersey. As Executive Director, Kim assists in setting the Council’s agenda, advises its leadership on issues related to the Council’s mission of advancing R&D in the state, and runs the day-to-day operations of the organization. Prior to her work with the Council, Kim served as a middle-school social studies teacher in the South Bronx as part of the national movement, Teach for America (TFA), and received her Masters in Teaching from Pace University. Subsequent to teaching, Kim attended Rutgers School of Law-Newark and upon graduating, was a litigation associate. Kim received her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers College. While at Rutgers College, Kim served as the Student Representative to the Board of Governors and Undergraduate Student Representative to the Board of Trustees. Kim was a fellow in TFA’s Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship Program. Kim was a New Leaders Council Fellow and Chair of the Board of the Women’s Fund of New Jersey.
David Hodges, Esq.
Director of the Governor's STEM Scholars Program at the Research & Development Council of New Jersey
David Hodges, Esq. serves as Director of the Governor’s STEM Scholars Program at the Research & Development Council of New Jersey. David has professional experience in law, education, and international relations. Prior to becoming Director, David worked as an attorney at a major law firm in Washington, DC and for Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer. David has traveled extensively through Europe, speaks proficient French, and is a member of the DC and Maryland bars, Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, and the New York Leaders Program at the Foreign Policy Initiative. He received his B.A. and J.D. from American University, where he spent two years working in education in Washington, DC.
